The Whiskey Dogs play authentic, good time Americana. Old time mountain music, hillbilly blues, dust-bowl ballads and jug band hokum are all played in the crazy exhilarating spirit of the 1920s and 30s. In true string band style, kazoos, whistles and horns add a zany twist to their up-beat performances, lending a driving energy to the music of the period.
